I didnt like the fact that after paying fully for the facility I was denied access because of CAD$ 100 security fee which as at today is yet to be refunded. Additionally, I didnt like the fact that the facility did not have free parking, the last time I stayed in this facility parking was free. I had to vacate the facility 7 days to earlier and I was not refunded the remaining days. Sad indeed

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and it’s always my go-to whenever I need to be in/around Toronto and environ. The place is consistently tidy, clean, and feels fresh every time I walk in. Host is very responsive, and the kitchen is well-equipped, which is great if you actually enjoy cooking while traveling.
It’s a bit of a commute depending on where you need to be, but I choose to stay here anyway because the quality is just that much better than other options. I haven't found anything else that ticks all my boxes like this place does. I'll definitely be back.

Central location
Bed was too soft, no full length mirror or linens for pull out couch. Also a welcome mat for boots would have been great. Parking was difficult with an SUV.

I’ve stayed here before so I was very familiar with the place.
Garbage chute can be dysfunctional at times but that is an issue with the building/ management and not the owner’s responsibility.
