The place was cozy, and everything needed was available. There was a designated parking spot as well which made it easier.
It was a bit difficult to find the house in the begining. It may be because it was dark when we arrived and the google maps took us all around.

The location is super convenient for everything. It’s 12 minutes to Signal Hill, 20 minutes to Cape Spear and 10 minutes to downtown St. John’s & the Jelly Bean Row Houses and Harbour walk. Less than 30 minutes to go to O’Brien’s Boat Tour for Whales & Puffins or Catherall’s Puffin & Whale Watch Boat tour. 30 minutes to go to Bell Island’s ferry. 15 minutes to Costco for gas, food & shopping and 2 minutes to Tim Hortons. 5 minutes to Sobeys. Yet, it’s a quiet neighborhood. The suites has its own side entrance Of the house. The kitchen is equippedd with fridge, pots, bowls, dishes, cups with dish cleaning detergent, glasses, utensils, spatula, knives and a chopping board, plus a bathroom with bathtubs. Room is clean with basics. There is a probably 42 inches TV in the living room also a small table with 2 chairs for dinning and a L shape sectional in living room. Will highly recommend the place as the fare is very reasonable. It looks like a pretty safe neighborhood.
Wish there was more lightings in the place.

Great location. Hosts were responsive and provided detailed check-in instructions in a timely manner. They replaced the defective lamp right away.
Provided the basic requirements - no 'nice!' factor. Other hosts try to give a bit of a pleasant surprise to guests.
