Great central location to the highway, downtown and the Kenmount Road area.
The place could have been cleaner. The half walls in the bedrooms were dusty and there were crumbs / coffee grounds in the cupboard next to the stove. Under the bed was quite dusty and when I used a towel to wipe up water on the bathroom floor the towel ended up dirty so the floor wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The soundproofing between the upstairs and downstairs unit wasn’t great and we could hear every step the people upstairs took.

This was a very nice apartment. Lots of room for a family with 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, nice size living room with a comfortable couch and a fully stocked kitchen. It was very clean and modern. I would go out of my way to stay there again.
