The apartment was very clean and cozy. The place was great for the price I paid considering how close it is to the mall and especially during valentines weekend.
Should mention the laundry room is shared but it didn’t bother us, it may bother other people in the future.

Die Lage war für uns prima, weil nicht weit von der Uni. Großes Einkaufscenter in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Bett neu und bequem, TV mit Netflix. relativ neu renoviert/gestrichen. Waschmaschine kann mitbenutzt werden. Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach ist groß, recht neu und sauber. Die Gegend ist gut an die Ausfallstraßen angebunden, aber trotzdem total ruhige Wohnstraße. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging problemlos über die Nachrichtenfunktion von booking und wurde immer schnell beantwortet
In der Küche sind zwar alle Geräte, die man benötigt vorhanden, aber Messer, Teller, Gabeln, Tassen etc. etwas "zusammengewürfelt" Nur ein Wasser- und ein Weinglas vorhanden. Badezimmerfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Da sich das Appartement im Basement befindet und Kanadische Häuser überwiegend in Holzbauweise gebaut sind, hört man jeden Schritt und Tritt von oben (insbesondere Kinder) Die Waschmaschine ist laut zu hören und wurde leider oft am Abend benutzt - hilft nicht beim Einschlafen
