Great place for the summer, but not for winter time

As seen in the pictures. Owner and staff very nice, helpful and very responsive. Also the owner had many recommendations for places in the area and was kind enough to order a place in a good restaurant when we asked his assistance. We didn’t meet, but whatsup corresponding was fine.

Only one air conditioner to heat the full living room, with high ceiling and is located in the stairs wall. We couldn’t sit in the living room in the evenings, so it was either be somewhere outside the house (restaurant etc) or in the room. This kind of location (up in the mountains) in the winter requires several radiators or a fire place. Had some problems with the hot water in the shower. We were 4 people so had to wait between the showers until it heated up.

Praktiskt att resa med barn då det är två våningar. Ger utrymme till att vistas på nedervåningen när barn sover.

Saknad av en ugn. Var beredd på att boendet ligger lite mer avlägset. Är en relativt bra bit att promenera till närmsta by då det är väldigt backigt.

Prima verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht en een fijne tuin, maar het huis is erg basic ingericht en

We verbleven in een huis in de buurt van Alba met een werkelijk prachtig uitzicht. De omgeving is schitterend en de tuin was echt een pluspunt – ruim, goed onderhouden en perfect om buiten te ontspannen. Het huis zelf was prima: alles was goed geregeld, de BBQ met houtskool was een fijne extra, en praktisch gezien was alles aanwezig. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat we zeker hebben gewaardeerd.

Er waren echter ook wat minpunten. Het interieur van het huis was vrij basic en sfeerloos, vooral ingericht met eenvoudige IKEA-meubels. Een beetje sfeerverlichting had het geheel aangenamer kunnen maken – het licht was fel en ongezellig. Ook zou een nieuw matras geen overbodige luxe zijn; het huidige lag niet erg comfortabel. Wat ons vooral stoorde, waren de vele verbods- en waarschuwingsbordjes en stickers overal. Verboden te roken, verboden dit, verboden dat – zelfs aan de boom waar je op uitkijkt tijdens het eten in de tuin hing een bordje over hondenpoep opruimen. Dat doet echt af aan het vakantiegevoel. Al met al een goed verzorgd verblijf op een prachtige locatie, met een vriendelijke host, maar wel met ruimte voor verbetering qua sfeer, inrichting en comfort.

Splendida casa di campagna immersa nel cuore delle Langhe: abbiamo passato due giorni di puro relax, arredi nuovi, giardino ben curato e attrezzato dove è possibile cenare con vista sulle Alpi. Grazie per l’ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente!

Un soggiorno incantevole in Langa

La villa che ci è stata assegnata, la Barolo, era un vero incanto. Viaggiavamo con il nostro cane di taglia media e siamo state accolte in maniera superba, in quanto la struttura è totalmente pet friendly, cosa non scontata. La cucina è attrezzatissima, tutto molto pulito, le istruzioni per il pagamento e per ritirare le chiavi in autonomia chiare. Luigi ci ha accolte e fatte sentire a casa in maniera impeccabile; torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi, anche con la nostra Pesca!

Nulla, era tutto perfetto. Solo un po' di rumore per quanto riguarda lo scarico della lavastoviglie, che se accesa si sente anche nelle camere.

Uitzonderlijk Casa Barolo!

Modern huis voorzien van alle comfort met een grote privétuin waar ik aangename momenten van ontspanning heb doorgebracht met mijn vrouw en onze hond. Het uitzicht vanuit de tuin op de Alpen en Monviso is uitzonderlijk! De villa is onlangs gerenoveerd in een moderne stijl, met nieuwe meubels en een keuken compleet met alle apparatuur, zeer comfortabele bedden en kussens! De ligging is fantastisch: om Casa Barolo te bereiken neem je een weg door de wijngaarden...super romantisch. Er zijn veel kwaliteitsrestaurants in de buurt en er zijn veel kleine stadjes om te bezoeken, zoals Barolo, La Morra, Castiglione Falletto en Novello. Geweldige ervaring: wij komen zeker terug!

Secondo soggiorno in Just Langhe

Accoglienza all' arrivo. Pulizia e sensazione di lusso generale. Panorama da cartolina. I molteplici servizi tipo culla per bambino e cuccia per cane. Dopo la positiva esperienza di inizio Settembre, ho deciso di ritornare per un breve fine settima approfittando delle offerte del Black Friday e portando la famiglia al completo. Anche questa volta Gianmario ci è stato di grande aiuto per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza: ci ha fatto trovare una culla con lenzuola (tutto nuovissimo) per il nostro bimbo di due anni, nonché vari omaggi di cortesia quali cialde del caffè e prodotti per la doccia di alta qualità. Anche al nostro cane Toki riservate attenzioni super: una confortevole cuccia tutta per lui!! Paesaggio autunnale spettacolare, appena ne avremo la possibilità torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo.

Un simpatico weekend

La struttura è nuova, accogliente e molto spaziosa. Cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e microonde. Zona tranquilla e giardino ampio.

Pulizia nella media, non adattata agli allergici alla polvere. Ci hanno lasciato solo due cialde del caffè (abbiamo trascorso due notti nella struttura) e hanno tentato di ovviare lasciandoci una quantità veramente eccessiva di salse monouso (ketchup, maionese...), mancava anche il sale grosso (c'era quello fine in bustina). Discorso analogo a quello del caffè vale per le bustine di doccia-shampoo: erano solo due. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi anche con l'acqua calda: dopo dieci minuti di doccia era già finita. Inoltre la struttura ha le pareti molto sottili: sentivamo perfettamente la coppia nella struttura adiacente.

Интерьер оправдал доверие - все и вправду как на фотографиях. Очень понравился сад, где есть оборудованная зона для обеда и ужина - стол, стулья, зонт, есть барбекю. Красивый вид на Альпы, особенно на закате. Удачное местоположение - 5 минут до Ла Морра, 7 минут до Бароло на машине, дорога среди виноградников. Вернемся на более длительный срок!
