Great stay and great location — especially if you don’t want to deal with driving up the mountain. The place had everything we needed to feel right at home. Easy access to stores for any last-minute shopping, and the staff had great communication throughout our stay.

The cabin was very comfortable for our 15 guests. There was a good side yard to play with the kids and the bonfire area was nice. Cabin was well stocked, and the kids loved the game room. Communication with owner was sketchy at best. They did not respond to 2 questions about fishing gear, which I later understood because there is no access to the "lake" (which is actually a private pond owned by the neighbors). There was a fence around the lake with signs that read "WARNING Police Work Dog". So, no need for fishing gear. Also, was master bath was very dark because two lights were out. I asked twice about light bulbs and was asked to take a picture of the lights. I did, but did not receive bulbs. The house is also not very private and not the typical location for a mountain cabin. Overall, we had a great time, but it did not meet our expectations.
