Built in 2023, this vacation home features two separate, single-story apartments, each approximately 80 square meters in size, accommodating 2–5 people. Each of the two units impresses with its high level of comfort and stylish, high-quality furnishings in warm tones.

Look forward to two spacious bedrooms in each unit, as well as two modern bathrooms with showers and underfloor heating throughout the house.

The open, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired.

Another highlight for young and old alike is the alcove in the living room, which invites you to snuggle up and has become a standard feature in Haltermann’s vacation homes.

The large panoramic windows offer an unobstructed view of the private sun deck, complete with patio furniture, a beach chair, and a grill station.

Both the “Sand” and “Meer” apartments feature not only a spacious sauna but also a private hot tub, which is ideal for relaxing—especially during the cooler months.

In addition, the “Meer” apartment has a fireplace, which creates an even cozier atmosphere.
