Deanna's property was such a GEM!! So much so, we extended our stay by a couple days because we weren't ready to leave this paradise!! The property is safe and secure. Check IN was a breeze, especially checking IN afterhours. The condo itself is breathtakINgly beautiful!! The kitchen is open and spacious. The bedrooms were both neat and organized. Both terraces had beautiful views and comfortable seating to INjoy the ocean. Loved the grill and the jacuzzi on thr rooftop!! We INjoyed a lot of time there! This place is a 10 out of 10 and I can't wait to INjoy it agaIN!! Deanna was an excellent host!! Excellent communication, quick to respond and accommodate our requests. She even sent videos to help us locate the property while driving, which were super helpful! Do make sure you have a car to get around. I highly recommend this beautiful Oasis!

This amazing condo was everything I didn’t know I needed on a temporary stay. The apt is gorgeous. It boasts an eastern coastal view and is an up and coming strip . It has very close access to beach and has in-house extras that felt good to return to. A roof pool is a short elevator up snd private hot tub a quick outdoors but private one flight of stairs. Such a terrific kitchen to cook ahead of your day plans and a great snack hum to return to between you venture and your dinner. All perfect. I will want to return to this clever, thoughtful apt soon! DeAnna’s home gives the comfort of the resort experience, while maintaining the chance to experience slightly more authentic Mexico. Sunrises from the balcony and roof were diving, so was stargazing from the hot tub. The location is a fun drive down a gravel road through the jungle, just south of the town of Akumal. Solid birding, especially looking toward the jungle. The condo building is well maintained, and felt very safe. DeAnna was very responsive to the minor questions that we had, and the whole experience felt very manageable with our limited Spanish language ability. This is an easy drive from the Cancun airport, and an easy drive to Tulum, cenotes, shopping, and other excursions. We would absolutely stay here on a return visit to Mexico!

My wife, kids (8 and 10), and I stayed here for 5 nights. Things started off inauspiciously — we drove down from Cancun in a terrible storm, and when we arrived the condo had lost all power. But it came back two hours later, and everything was great after that.The complex is well-managed, luxurious, and safe. The apartment was perfect for us — beautifully designed, plenty of space, privacy, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private rooftop jacuzzi and grill. We cooked dinner and soaked in the hot tub every night. The tankless water heater is genius — you can fill the hot tub and still have heat for showers. The pools were cold but refreshing, and the beach was fun. We walked to the Beached Bikini for lunch one day, and on the other days drove to Coba, Sian Ka’an (a highlight), Xel-Ha, and Tulum. The location was perfect. The elevator never worked, but we didn’t have a problem taking the stairs (others might struggle with a lot of luggage). We would stay here again, and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful Akumal base for your adventures.
