About this house rental
This 5 Bedroom Home is walking distance to UF Campus, The Swamp Stadium (UF Football Stadium), Midtown, Restaurants and Dining. You’ll love this house because it`s perfect for groups of friends coming into town for events or for a large family needing lodging. It`s perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
With 2 Large Living Areas, 5 Bedrooms, 2 Large Screen TVs, this house is perfect for large groups traveling together.
I have 24/7 on-call maintenance for emergencies and am always happy to give recommendations.
The home is located in midtown Gainesville- walking distance to UF Campus, midtown restaurants, the O`Connell Center, and the Swamp Stadium.
The house has a driveway which can fit up to 4 vehicles.
The Back yard is a shared space with the guest house.

House is very roomy. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. We did have someone steel something out of one of the cars. So lock your car. We should have.

We rented the property for my son’s graduation. Had the whole family there. All bedrooms were full. House is clean and stocked with everything you need. Backyard is great for entertaining and yard games. Artificial grass is awesome! Short walk to campus and midtown. We had one issue with one of the house heaters did not work. Property management company answers the phone at 10:00pm and had a company out working on it 8:00am. Couldn’t ask for more prompt response time. Highly recommend and will rent again.

So we had a different property booked via VRBO months ahead of our stay. That propriety canceled our reservation an hour AFTER check-in, and while we were en route to the airport. However, we were able to book this property on one night’s notice. The property manager was communicative and flexible, and they really saved our trip. The house was spacious and chill, and the backyard was awesome.

Spacious property with plenty of sleeping areas. WiFi did not work in most of the bedrooms at times. Ceiling leaked in master bedroom, judging by the carpet in the area it has been leaking for a while. House was not clean, floors were sticky and our children’s feet were black from walking barefoot. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes but didn’t have much silverware. All of the vents were closed when we arrived and the AC was off, house was about 90 degrees inside when we arrived. If worked but would absolutely not recommend or stay here again.
