Excellent communication with hosts, great parking options, within walking distance of a grocery store. We walked back and forth to UF, it's not a short walk but definitely within reach. The house is well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There are two dining room tables that work well for getting work done on laptops.

I liked the two kitchens they came in handy for holiday cooking. We loved the front porch the beds were very comfortable. And it was beautifully decorated.
The biggest thing I didn’t like it was a 45 minute walk to the stadium and we were there for a football game. We had elder family members that was over 60 they could not do the walk so it was very misleading that it was stated it was only 1 mile from the stadium that is so untrue. Also, the bedrooms were not so private at all. There are no hallways so you must go through one bedroom to get to another area of the house and disrupt someone’s privacy. It was 10 of us so the alarm for noise will go off and I will get text messages and my sister broke her hearing aid so she talks loud because she can’t hear and the alarm kept going off so if we were playing a game like Monopoly that alarm will go off just from playing a game so that I did not like it all. This property rents to multiple guests and other areas of the house so please be aware of that when you are booking that’s why they have the noise meter in there and it’s very sensitive. Also, there were no batteries in the remote. You cannot operate the televisions. There were no extra batteries in the house so we have to download the remote on our phone. It was Thanksgiving and everything was closed. The bathroom showers run very slow. It takes forever to bathe.

Great location, plenty of private parking, large trash receptacle, can rent the entire first floor, front and back entrance, clean and beautiful, great air conditioner, spacious and lots of windows, very updated

My 87yo mother cooked breakfast for us and she enjoyed doing it bc she loved the kitchen. We loved the location bc it’s in a quiet neighborhood.
