we had a very relaxing and spiritually refreshing week at the cabin. I was invited to sing at a Church service in Suches,Ga by the Pastor. I didn't bring any music or guitar, so I borrowed the guitar at the cabin and got some music off the internet. We really enjoyed our mornings on the porch sipping hot coffee, reading our Bibles, singing praise songs, and prayer. One night at dusk we spotted a deer eating an apple from the apple orchard. As it got darker the deer came closer to the cabin. Everything we needed was provided for us at the cabin. Our dog even found a ball in the cabin shortly after our arrival. The cabin was every bit as good as the pictures. Thank you for such a relaxing week.

Our vacation rental choice lives up to the listing. It is clean, well maintained and spacious. It is well stocked with cleaning supplies, well stocked kitchen. The primary reason was for booking it was it being near Nottely Lake for a fishing trip for my 49 year old step son. Public access for fishing for us was at TVA recreation area near the dam. That was six miles, ten minutes away from the cabin. Walmart Blairsville was about 15 minutes away. The back yard of the cabin is about 3/4 of an acre. It has a fire pit with firewood supplied picnic tables and a park style charcoal grill. The gas grill is on the back porch. The area is quiet. There is another house 50 ft away but no sign of the occupants. The cabin is near a not very busy state highway and the traffic did not disturb our sleep.

Property needs hand rails on front entrance, very steep for older folks. Queen bed was quite high to get in and twin had a horrible squeak each time you moved. No Mountain View but pretty open field. Other cabins fairly close, parking was good but the street noise was a nuisance at night. My most disappoint came because I deliberately picked a cabin with a fireplace. It did not work from day one. Reached out to our contact number. She said she would be there in about 45 min. She forgot about us until 9:30 that night, after we wasted an evening and ended up with gas station pizza for dinner. She offered to try again the next day but I didn’t have trust she would show and didn’t want to waste any more of our trip waiting. Cabin was clean and well stocked. So if that’s all you need this would be a good fit.
