We are a 10 minute walk (half a mile) to the French Quarter and about a mile to downtown! There are also bike rental stations within blocks of the home!
Literally steps to the gathering spots of Second Line Parades and Mardi Gras Indian gatherings and celebrations! Indulge in a uniquely New Orleans experience from the moment you arrive! (Please note these events happen at various times throughout the year and may or may not occur during your stay).

**Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property.
**Our space is not handicapped accessible or ADA compliant
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.

Very comfortable home! It's close to a Greenway for walking, and it's very easy to walk anywhere in the French Quarter.
