Cozy, single family home in a residential neighborhood. Located just 6 blocks from the French Quarter, this gem is the perfect home base for an exciting weekend in New Orleans. With hardwood floors, modern appliances, and a spacious kitchen, our home's got it all. Lounge in the living room or barbecue under the stars in our side yard before hitting the town. 30 day minimum booking. Welcome!
The Space:
Sleeps 6, side yard available for exclusive use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!
Note that one bedroom has a sofa bed which is the 6th bed. There are also two additional sofa beds in the living room.

The property was very nice and the host was very accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The property was in a good location for Jazz Fest, as we were about 1.3 miles away and able to walk, and similar distance to Frenchman St. and we walked back very late one night without concern. It was clean and in pretty good condition. There was only one large shampoo bottle for two bathrooms so that was a little odd, but easily fixable. The neighborhood was urban residential and actually surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the highway, which did provide good access. There’s a great coffee place a couple blocks away. Overall, it suited our needs for jazz fest weekend.
