This magnificent 4-bedroom mid-century modern Alexander, located in Vista Las Palmas, is the perfect luxury getaway in the heart of Palm Springs. This home was designed by Charles du Bois and situated on a quiet and perfectly located cul-de-sac. Sliding glass walls frame the San Jacinto Mountains, refreshing pool and spa; inviting the beauty of the sustainably maintained outdoors right to you. This is classic indoor/outdoor living with a mid-century backdrop. We are walking distance to the heart of the design district and downtown Palm Springs where you will find the best in cafes, dining and entertainment.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by the completely renovated front yard with desert landscaping and a beautifully designed pebble-stone walkway. The home opens up to the main living area with 15’ vaulted and beamed ceilings, picture-framed windows and a quintessential white rock fireplace with built-in bench seating. Marble terrazzo floors flow throughout the home which boasts newly remodeled bathrooms and a carefully-appointed kitchen. Glass sliding doors open onto the pool and separate waterfall spa just steps away from the outdoor kitchen and relaxation area. All feature gorgeous mountain views!

The Living Room:
The living room features two sofas (98” and 82”) configured in a L-shape to curl up on with family or friends by the fire or in front of the 70” LED TV. The open concept design allows you to flow from living to dining with an expandable table to entertain up to 10 directly beside the kitchen with the spectacular, ever-present mountain views.

Super high-speed WIFI for streaming TV in the living room and throughout the house. Samsung TV Plus and Netflix home account. Ring video doorbell and ADT security system. State-of-the-art heating and cooling system.

Outdoors:
Step outside to enjoy the outdoor living room with ample seating for all your guests. There are chaise lounges to sun on and a cushioned sitting area by the pool. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a custom granite countertop. Grilling station includes a top-of-the-line 42” Alfresco grill with multiple storage drawers. The backyard is fully enclosed, your private and secure oasis for family and your dog (must be approved by owners).

The saltwater pool is done in a rectangular shape with a large sunning shelf for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Kitchen:
Stunning gourmet kitchen features white Caesarstone counters and bar. Custom kitchen cabinets. 5-burner Bertazzoni stainless steel gas range with built-in grill, Dacor built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, fully stocked cookware, bakeware, cutlery, dinnerware, blenders and small appliances. You name, chances are good that we’ve got it!

Bedrooms:
The first 3 Bedrooms are situated at the east wing of the home.

The Primary (13’2” x 18’5”): Enjoy your evenings and mornings in the king-sized bed. You can easily step out to the spa from your sliding glass doors and enjoy your private en-suite bathroom, soaking tub, dual sink vanity and walk-in shower. Large customer built, walk-in closet with extra storage for your extended stay. The primary includes a sitting room styled with a couch for relaxing/reading and beautiful views of the backyard.

Guest Room 2 (13’6” x 13’8”): Enjoy a queen-sized bed, internet capable TV and large custom built closet. Guest Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

Guest Room 3 (10’11” x 11’3”): your own private patio and queen-sized bed. Plenty of closet storage and drawers in the custom built closet.

Guest Room 4 (13’2” x 10’8”): On the south side of the home, enjoy the private casita with a separate entrance, private bathroom and beautiful view of the backyard. This room is cool and serene, features a queen bed, bathroom, vanity and walk-in shower.

Garage: There is a 240V outlet in the garage for EV charging. Note: The garage was not designed for a large SUV. Please reach out if you have any questions on the garage capacity.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Home Ordinance #2075:
New laws that apply to all Palm Springs vacation rental homes (see Palm Springs “Good Neighbor Brochure” for complete details)
• Complete ban on all outdoor music and amplified sound. There can never be any outdoor music heard from outside the residence.
• Outdoor “Quiet Time” between 10pm to 10am.
• Overnight guests limit = 8 (Adults, kids, babies).
• No more than 4 total cars may be parked on, or in front of, the property.
• Trash must be disposed of in provided receptacles and cannot be visible from the street.
• All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (via SignNow)
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.

City ID: 5568

The City of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a $500 ticket. Any guest receiving a citation from the City for illegal outdoor music or noise past 10pm will be asked to leave with no refund.
