Nearly 3,200 sq. feet with 4 bedrooms (dual masters and on en-suite), 4 bathrooms, plus a media room with a fold out couch and amazing open-air indoor shower! Each bedroom has private patio areas and the south facing resort quality pool and spa offers amazing mountain views.
An oversized & covered outdoor "loggia" comes complete with a fireplace and complete outdoor kitchen with grill, 4-burner stove, sink, and fridge. Built-in wine cabinet, a chef-style range, lush landscaping, table tennis, corn hole, ladderball, board games for days and amazing courtyard entry.
Vista Las Palmas is a stunning neighborhood of lovingly restored Mid-Century homes. Their modernist designs create seamless indoor/outdoor spaces and a casual lifestyle which takes advantage of the crisp, dry desert climate and soaring mountain views. The homes represent the iconic examples of mid-century architecture and were designed by world famous architects of that era.
Most homes have stunning, meticulously-designed additions which respect the integrity of the original architecture. Many have been highlighted in TV commercials, movie scenes, photo spreads in architecture magazines and TV documentaries about midcentury architecture.
Pool heat is $65 per day. If pool heat is requessted, the pool will be heated to 87º and runs 7A-7P. . These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.
Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
