Located in Vista Las Palmas, this original mid-century home designed by William Krisel and Dan Palmer, AIA for the Alexander Development is updated for living today. In the 1950’s, legendary Mario Lanza reportedly was a frequent guest in this Las Palmas home which was also rumored to have often entertained Frank Sinatra and neighboring Nat King Cole.
Today this four bedroom residence with 3,000 square feet of indoor living, integrated with a spacious outdoor lifestyle is a new-century seductive oasis. There are 4 stylish bedrooms, two of which are primary suites with large plasma TVs. This home welcomes up to 2 dogs, 20lbs or less, for an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, per pet, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.

Met up with family for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. The layout of the house, along with the pool and hot tub, make this a perfect house to hang out at and relax. The furniture and some other very small details could use a little refresh. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!
