The studio apartment was clean and provided us with everything we needed. The only issue I had was that the bed pillows had a bad odor. Maybe spray them with Febreze or throw them in the dryer with dryer sheets to give them a fresh smell. It would have been nice to have a propane fireplace and extra seating on the beautiful deck.

The studio/space was clean and cute with a nice layout, lots of natural light, and centrally located to everything in Old forge. Our first night was wonderful, but if you are a light sleeper, be aware: There is another rental unit that directly shares a wall with the bedroom side of this unit. A group with at least 5 children arrived after our first night, and we were woken up before 7am with kids yelling and slamming doors and running around. If you’re used to that kind of noise, it shouldn’t be a problem. But otherwise, there’s no way to know if you’ll get loud neighbors.
