Amazing location, can walk everywhere in town. Comfortable home. Cute ADK riverside spot. 100% would stay again!

The location was perfect. Loved how rustic and cozy it was.
The A/C in the living room didn’t really work very well. There was actually pieces of ice spitting out of it. The condensation couldn’t drain and it froze.

This is beautiful well appointed home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to walk into downtown, the Enchanted Forest etc. Thendara is a bit further but within walking distance. The river here is calm and afforded us several lovely kayak trips. While the young folks went to town, I walked the other way to enjoy the Tobin Trail. The kitchen is well appointed with all the dishes, utensils, cookware to prepare meals.
Access to the river could be difficult if you have mobility issues. There is no dock. But there is a lovely porch and a fire pit area with seating.
