About this house rental
This lakeside stunner boasts 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9), 3 baths, a large kitchen and plenty of living space including a game room. A large well-appointed kitchen offers a beautiful view of the lake. The primary bedroom includes a coffee/wine station and allows you to enjoy a private screened deck with its own view. The game room includes a foosball table, dart board, TV and Pac Man. The house also includes a large wood deck lakeside for BBQ-ing, outdoor dining and relaxing. A screened deck off the game room is a great place to enjoy a friendly happy hour! The property also includes an outdoor fire pit, dock and boathouse. Lake Talquin is nationally known for its fresh water fishing tournaments, but there is plenty more to enjoy. In addition to vacationers, we have a large following of FSU parents and football families preferring to stay at the lake rather than in town. Shell Cracker Cove is located down a long dirt road and nestled among trees with abundant wildlife throughout the area. Bring your boat, small watercraft or kayak and launch them from a nearby boat landing. There are a variety of coves to explore along the lake's 20-mile shoreline. You can moor your crafts feet from the house at your own private dock. Plenty of hiking trails in the area. Book your stay today!

Beautiful home and view. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and our grandkids really enjoyed the game room. Melissa was in contact with me throughout our stay and available to answer any questions. Great get away home!

Host was very responsive. It was very easy to spend time with family. Great space for all. Could have been cleaner. The rooms and bedding were very clean but the windows were covered in webs and bugs. Had to clean the windows facing the lake for my family to enjoy the view. Some family members were uncomfortable with no window coverings especially in the bathroom with neighbors so close.
