The living area is a fully open living room, dining room and kitchen, completely updated. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 swivel chairs, offering you the option to chat with the family and swing around to enjoy the views. The dining room seats four and opens to the fully updated kitchen with two bar stools, quartz counter tops and stainless appliances.
The master bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, and a private bath with a gorgeous soaker tub and large walk in shower. From the master is a sliding door that connects the balcony to the living room. This is the best seat in the house to enjoy the sound of the waves. The guest room is on the other side of the condo and features two queen beds, TV, private bath with double vanity and a walk in shower, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

Very nicely updated condo with a good beach view. New floors and refurbished bathrooms and kitchen with fairly new appliances.
If I was being 'picky' I would say my biggest complaint was that the bed linens could have been better. Other than that a very nice stay.
Unfortunately building work was going on in a condo nearby and extensive work on the pool area below so a quiet day reading was a challenge. Nobody's fault. At least it was quiet for Thanksgiving Day.
Would rent again for sure.
