Ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio col Direttore dell'Hotel. Claudio è una persona molto gentile e professionale, accogliente e umana. Ho richiesto la colazione prima dell'orario indicato e senza battere ciglio ha subito dato la disponibilità per questa richiesta. Così come per pranzo, parcheggio e altre piccole cose che fanno la differenza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.
