Good value for money. Good location with many possibilities for using public transportation. The airport is located just a short walk far away. The beach is just on the other side of the street. Windows are soundproof and it is quite in the apartment.
Cleaning the stairs at 7 am is quite noisy and wakes you up. Some minor technical check ups needed for the bathroom.
