About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Las Puertas, a spacious 10,500-square-foot private villa overlooking the Bay of Banderas in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. With generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, sweeping ocean views, a private heated pool, jacuzzi, and full staff, the villa is designed for an effortless group getaway in paradise.
Spend your days swimming in your private heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi with a margarita in hand, or taking in views of the bay from the villa’s balconies and terraces.
FULLY STAFFED FOR A RELAXING STAY
One of the highlights of Villa Las Puertas is our wonderful staff, who are here to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. Your stay includes:
• Daily maid service
• Private chef service for two meals per day — you pay only the actual cost of groceries; meals must be consecutive.
• Houseman service to prepare cocktails, assist with luggage, arrange transportation, make restaurant reservations, and help with your day-to-day needs
• Full time maintenance person on site to ensure a smooth vacation
Whether you want breakfast waiting in the morning, margaritas by the pool, or help arranging an evening in town, the staff makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your vacation.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS + CLOSE TO OLD TOWN
A private staircase from the property leads down toward a small, secluded beach and neighboring Los Muertos Beach. Approximately 250 steps.
From there, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk along the beach into Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant Romantic Zone, where you’ll find dozens of restaurants, bars, boutiques, galleries, and shops. Prefer not to walk? A quick Uber or taxi can have you in town in just a few minutes and only costs a few dollars.

The house is in excellent condition and cared for by an exceptional staff. They took good care of us! The host was in good communication with me leading up to and during our stay and was above and beyond hospitable. In addition, we loved the close proximity to the Zona Romantica and easy access to the beach from the Villa. From there it is only a 10-minute walk to action. If you are looking for a villa for a large group, this is the place to book.

Jordan was an amazing, receptive host. She truly cared about the experience - even before it began. Cici, Javi, and Margo went above and beyond to make sure the 11 of us had a 5 star stay. The food, drinks and attention to detail exceeded any resort we’ve stayed at. We all agreed, without hesitation, that we’d come back. A 10 minute beach-walk to town yet a million miles from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The whole experience was nothing short of magic.
