Rates:
✅ Summer Season & Winter Season: Rates shown include 5 suites. Contact us for a quote if you need more suites.
✅ For Christmas & New Year Seasons: Rates shown include all 7 suites; minimum night stay is 7.
✅ Max guests is 16 if all 7 suites are rented.
Concierge Services:
✅ Personalized planning for your stay, from airport transfers to meal planning and activities.
✅ As is traditional in Mexico a small % is charged for shopping by the concierge service.
Additional Information:
✅ No outside guests without advance written approval. A fee will apply.

📌 Guests select their preferred suites prior to arrival by completing a suite selection form. During the orientation call, we review the form, confirm your guest count, suite selection, travel needs, concierge contacts, and answer any additional questions to ensure a seamless experience.
📌Guests are responsible for their own food, groceries, and drinks, plus any applicable shopping or credit card processing fees.
📌 A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. The deposit is held or charged before arrival and automatically released after checkout, in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.
