Casa Septiembre offers a total of 9 bedrooms, with a capacity of up to 18 guests. If you'd like to add more bedrooms., simply contact the host to update the rate accordingly.

Your Privacy is Our Priority!
When you book with us, any bedrooms you don't rented will remain closed and will not be rented to other guests. Your group will have the entire villa exclusively to yourselves — with complete privacy.
When renting our villa, it includes the preparation of breakfast and lunch (Before 2:30PM) The house staff will ask you about your preference for the next day with one day's notice, them the staff can be best prepared to serve you. On holidays, they will ask two days in advance to ensure the availability of the necessary ingredients. The meals are served family-style, so all guests will have the same main course and dessert, except in the case of food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical issues.
Supplies Procurement Service (optional)
For your convenience, we have a trusted vendor available from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, who can source all the kitchen and bar supplies you need during your stay (this service is not directly included by the house).
Prior to your arrival, we will ask you to provide your requests for your arrival meal, breakfast the following morning and a list of any beverage or snacks you would like to have pre-stocked for your enjoyment. Yes, they have chosen the option of having our vendor handle the shopping for you., upon your arrival, they will present you with receipt for everything that has been purchased. Upon arrival, please be prepared to reimburse them in cash. we recommend bring Mexican pesos. Your concierge can give you an idea of what to expect as far as costs.
The cost includes the value of the products plus applicable taxes, as well as a fee for the shopping and delivery service. Delivery is made once per day; if more than one trip is required, an additional transportation charge (similar to a taxi fare) will apply.
You also have the option of sourcing your own supplies, which can be more cost-effective, though it will require more time on your end. We are happy to coordinate whichever option you prefer so you can enjoy your stay without any hassle.

Note: There is also an extra charge for taxi costs for the staff to go and get the groceries.
Sunday is a Staff rest day.
Guests may not sublet or bring unregistered guests without prior written authorization from the manager or owner.

Our stay at this home in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was stunning, impeccably maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made us feel at home immediately. The views were breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and the home was spotless upon arrival. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, whether enjoying morning coffee, lounging by the pool, or watching the sunset in the evening. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality. The staff and host (Angel) were attentive to ensure our stay was perfect. Their recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and excursions helped make our trip unforgettable. The location was ideal-private and peaceful while still being conveniently close to the beach, dining, and local attractions. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we left with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. The property was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and helpful. We enjoyed the food prepared by their chef and staff. All of the employees were helpful and gracious.

Over the last few years, we’ve been renting large villas for a group of friends. This is our preferred from now on! The architecture, the staff, the waves, the beach, the pool, the walk into town, it’s all amazing! We love Casa Septiembre!
