This fantastic Charlestonian
style home is located in Hilton Head Islands youngest seaside (gated) communities, and is just a short walk (approximately 700 yards) to the beach. In addition to the beach you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park just 200 yards away. Within walking distance of the house you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, a dog park, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island. It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The areas best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away.
There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor day. It is provided free of charge for our guests and is included in the rental price.
$200 pet Fee for all pet stays
*****Pool heat is an additional $75 a day.
Elevator is not available for guest use. Owner use only.

Our annual Memorial Day weekend family gathering. First time in Hilton Head. Excellent beds, online photos do not do this place justice. Cold HVAC on every floor (we’ve stayed in several that were lacking proper HVAC supply which made for sleepless nights and grumpy days). Small maintenance issue was resolved quickly.

Loved our stay! The home was incredible. So much space, very clean, so well appointed. There was nothing we wanted or needed at all. A great experience and we look forward to coming back again!!
