Here is a brief description of our our home:
First floor: Here you have your garage plus heated pool. Your garage and pad can fit up to 5 vehicles. (Garage has Ping Pong Table and all Your Beach needs:)
Second floor: Consists of 1 bedroom with king bed and full bath. There is an open concept kitchen with family room. Oversized sliding window doors with access to the balcony overlooking the pond. + iMac & Keurig Coffee Maker.
Third floor: Here you have the Master Bedroom with king bed, Master bath on-suite & private balcony overlooking the pond. Also, 2 additional bedrooms: one room with a queen bed and one room with two full beds; Full bath with tub & Laundry Room with XL washer & dryer.
Fourth floor: One large bedroom with 3 bunkbed sets = 6 twin beds (Kids Zone:). Full bath. 2nd room: 2 queen beds & 1 queen sofa sleeper.
**All rooms have HD TV’s with digital entertainment access, Highspeed WiFi.
Sandcastles by the Sea is one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located about mid-island between Marriott Surfwatch Resort & the Westin Resort right off Folly Field Road. There is no shortage of things to do in the area :)
It is just a short walk or bike ride to it's nearest beach, Folly Field Beach. Old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sandy beaches and relatively small crowds year-round.
Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere .08 miles away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the day by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (2.4 miles away).
**Light toiletries, plenty of towels & pool towels made available & a well-stocked kitchen:)

This was a very comfortable house. Had everything we needed for our weekend. Very close and easy walk to the beach. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

This property is beautiful, clean, and well-located. As well as a pool at the house, it is just a straight walk to the beach of just a few minutes. The house is totally equiped with beach and pool toys, wagons for transporting stuff to the beach, and lots of beach towels. The inside decor is over-the-top. The kichen and bathrooms are well-stocked with everything you need for your stay. The view out onto the water pond is beautiful and restful. Many of my family members spent time just sitting, reading, and enjoying the beautiful weather. It was truly a vacation that was restful but fun, with lots of local activities. The property manager is very helpful and friendly. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend!
