This amazing home completed in November 2024 is now ready to welcome guests. This home provides a beach vacation opportunity for those only willing to accept the best Hilton Head has to offer. From the moment you take your first glimpse at this house you will see just how unique it truly is, and what sets it apart from others. You can start with its sprawling size (nearly 6000 sqft), luxury finishes, incredible location, and unmatched salt marsh to ocean views. You will be hard pressed to find another home that truly showcases what is so special about the Low Country and Hilton Head Island as this one does.

Overview of the house:
The house was designed to provide guests with an unrivaled vacation experience. The owner worked closely with the architect, builder, and designer to create the perfect beach retreat. His goal was to offer a one of kind experience that would showcase the homes architecture, luxury finishes, and sprawling size while maintaining the natural beauty that brings people to Hilton Head Island. Drawing from his own experience on previous beach vacations, he wanted to make sure the house had plenty of room for multiple families/groups to really spread out. This allows guests to enjoy their time together, yet still gives everyone their own unique space to relax without feeling cramped. The house is three stories over parking and encompasses around 6,000 heated/cooled sqft. It has ten bedrooms (multiple master bedrooms) and nine full bathrooms. Each of the three living levels has its own own living room, dining area, wet bar, laundry room, and oceanside deck. It also has a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and ping pong table. The pool and lanai area is elavted and located oceanside with plenty of seating, access to a full-size outdoor bath, dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill. There is a 5 car garage as well as a driveway to accommodate up to 7 vehicles.
Overview of the immediate surroundings:
The house is located mid Island on Hilton Head near Burkes Beach. This is the newest Oceanside community on Hilton Head Island. The homes are young, beautiful, and are a perfect compliment to their low country surroundings. Burkes Beach is adjacent to Chaplin Community park which features bike trails, sports fields, picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts (coming soon), kids play park, and nature trails. Since this is mid island, you are right in the middle of everything Hilton Head has to offer. Within just a few miles you can walk, bike, or take a short drive to any number of restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses, marinas, as well as nature & cultural sites unique to Hilton Head Island.

Hilton Head Island is known for its natural beauty, including white-sand beaches and wildlife. The incredible resort town and its 12 miles of beach is heaven for those looking for outdoor leisure travel. Guests and residents enjoy access to tennis, volleyball, polo, charter fishing, cycling, kayaking, equestrian, and some of the best fairways in the country year round. In between beach time and outdoor exploration, there are more restaurants to try than your stomach can handle, as well as ritzy shopping centers to visit and tons of historical and natural sites to visit. Of course you don't want to miss the colorful Harbour Town Lighthouse, the island's most Iconic symbol, while visiting Harbor Town Marina or grabbing a t-shirt from the world renowned Salty Dog in at South Beach Marina.

The Lowcountry (also known as the Low Country) is an area that stretches from Charleston South Carolina along the coast and down to Savannah, Georgia. This area has a culture, geography, architecture, economy, and even cuisine all its own. Its unique climate, landscape, and slow, Southern pace of life appeals to many, making it a favorite destination for tourists from all over the world. With visions of shrimp boats, palmetto trees, big front porches with rocking chairs, and pitchers of sweet tea- what’s not to love about the SC Lowcountry? Day trips from Hilton Head to Savannah by boat and car are only about 45 minutes away. Beaufort, South Carolina also makes for quick day trip and is only about 45 min away. Charleston is a bit further, roughly 2 hours away, but can still easily be explored in a day.

*****The Elevator nor the house are considered ADA compliant. The elevators use is solely considered a convenience use item for things like groceries and luggage. It can be operated and ridden by adults only and at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if elevator fee is paid it does not guarantee guest use. Although we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking, this is a house with multiple levels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs this property may not be a good fit for you.

This house was the perfect set up for our multi-family trip. With multiple laundry rooms and floors for guests, the house really was thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group. The location couldn’t be beat - steps to a gorgeous, clean beach. The pool was great (and the pool bathroom being outside was genius), and we loved being able to hear the ocean from our patio. The basement/garage area was fun for the kids with the pool and air hockey tables. The only hangup with this place is that it absolutely is not a ten bedroom home (despite the listing saying so). The last “bedroom” is a closet that they took the door off of. It has a twin bunk bed in there with no air conditioning and no outlets (and is not a legal bedroom). We purposely needed a 10 bedroom for our group (not easy to find), so this was frustrating. Other than this, we loved the place and would return with a smaller group.

We spent the week of the 4th of July 2026 with our family of 19 at 6 Sea Front Lane, Hilton Head Island. It’s beautifully furnished on each level of the house. We took full advantage of this amazing home. The beds are very comfortable. Every level is gorgeous and so are the covered outdoor decks upstairs with the most beautiful views. You can see the ocean from the top floor balcony. It’s approximately a 5 or 6 minute walk to the beach down a pathway. We rented some shibumis, 2 portable coolers on wheels, and 3 beach wagons to haul our beach gear back and forth. The pathway has some benches to sit and an area to rent a wheelchairs if needed for a small price. It’s a lovely walk towards evening but quite hit during the day. The house comes with 20 beach chairs stored in the garage. We also rented bikes for the week. The pool, hot tub and patio directly off the main level are beautiful and perfectly located. Just shut the doors directly after opening or you’ll lose a lot of your a/c. The kitchen is great but could definitely use more large casserole pans snd and skillets. We cook alot. A simple fix is to purchase large aluminum pans various sizes. The ice makers in the kitchen refrigerators were not working so we purchased bags of ice all week. The min frig ice makerdoes work in the bar area.The main floor dryer takes hours to dry a load of clothes and needs repaired. I give this house a 10 * rating. It’s a fantastic home, well cared for, fairly new home.

This exceptional home is large & accommodating to a large family. Huge kitchen & dining areas; a bar /sink combination plus laundry room & individual bathrooms featured on each floor. Large pool & adjacent sitting area. My only complaints are (1) the bedroom bunk room with a crib did not have a door; (2) the beach is further than expected.

Beautiful home. Well appointed. In need of at least one full length mirror in the home and icemakers that don’t freeze up into a solid block every day :-) nice location close to the beach. Laundry facilities, and wet bar on each floor was a definite plus! Covered area around the pool was nice for both sunny and rainy days and we had quite a few of those. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
