Surrounded by greenery and rooms for everyone to relax and enjoy the stay. This home has an amazing view from dining room and is located very close to Road #1 which can take you to many places around the Island.

This house was in a great location for us! It was close to restaurants and shopping but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We rented this place because our family was helping with charity work in Caguas. It was a quick trip to Caguas. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. When we arrived, we got to meet the owner Carmen. She was friendly and helpful. If we were ever in the area again, I would rent this house again!

Carmen was a very responsive host and helped us as we arrived during the island-wide electricity issue. Her home was stocked with lanterns and battery powered motion detection lights in the kitchen and bathrooms. Power was on again during the night of our arrival and we were able to fully enjoy our stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great 2 week stay at Carmen’s place. The house is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful grounds. Carmen was was very communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had right away. I’d def stay again!
