This is a very nice simple and clean two bedroom apartment. The on-property host was SUPER accommodating and responsive. The issue you must be aware of this is in a commercial lower class neighborhood. It is the “Dominican” neighborhood of San Juan PR called as “ Puerto Nuevo”. If you don’t mind an occasional SUPER LOUD automobile pass by with Merengue/Bachata music full blast at 11 PM or you sleep like a rock and won’t be awaken by thunder, then it’s not an issue.
I really don’t want to knock this property because for the price (PR is SUPER EXPENSIVE) you do get your money’s worth!

This place was very clean, warm shower, spacious, convenient location close to everything, communication with the hostess was great. I would recommend this property!!
