About this house rental
Come enjoy this newly renovated 3200sq ft home overlooking the 15th & 16th hole at St Ives Golf Course in Canadian Lakes Resort. The layout offers many different areas to gather, so you have lots of space to enjoy. Enter into a fun coastal lake side vibe with 12 ft ceilings and wall of windows in the living room, overlooking the golf course. There is an all-seasons cedar room that opens out to the spacious deck with Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages and enjoy the views. The large master suite is on main level with connecting bathroom with shower and jetted tub.
2nd bedroom on main level also has a king size bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and more for all of your cooking needs. Coffee, spices, cooking oil, wrap, foil, baggies, soap, paper towels, garbage bags provided.
Head downstairs to a spacious entertaining area, where there is a kitchenette, with refrigerator, stove, and sink for your convenience. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There is also a bunk bed at end of the game room. Large bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, toilet. The Family Room has an 82-inch T.V. with a large comfy reclining sectional to relax and enjoy a movie.
The game room has a foosball, poker table and bar. There are also plenty of outside and indoor games available.
Head outside to lots of green space to the patio, where you will find a propane BBQ and firepit, (wood provided) with long metal pokers for roasting marshmallows for s'mores.
There are plenty of tables and chairs for everyone hang out and enjoy the golf views.
Canadian Lakes is a private resort that offers plenty of amenities to enjoy during your stay here.
There are 3 golf courses, fitness center, including jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool and tennis. More entertainment at the music pavilion, parks, outdoor pool, beaches, pickleball and basketball courts.
There are 4 restaurants here, Tullamore, Royal Grille, Antlers, and C.L.Pizza Co. all within a short 10-minute drive.
All sports Tri Lake boat launch is just 3 minutes from house. Lake Mecosta, Blue and Round Lakes are all connected, so bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks and enjoy the water.
There are also pontoon and kayak rentals nearby for your lake adventures.
No matter how you choose to spend your time here, there is always plenty to do.

Shared the property with 5 friends for a golf trip, and the whole experience was great. The house is very nice and you have a view of the 15th hole at St Ives. Plenty of room to socialize inside and out. Hosts were very good about communicating, and they went the extra mile to make it a very nice weekend.

So impressed with this beautiful home we rented for our daughters wedding weekend at Tullymore. Very clean and spacious, lots of pans, mugs and glasses....over 40!!! The views are incredible

Clean, Beautiful decks---yes 2 ! Everything we needed was there. The only noise were the falling acorns on the roof !
Overall a lovely Home , we'll be back some day .
