Kris was very responsive! Even when questions were already answered in the digital book, she still gave us info that we could have found ourselves. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for our Thanksgiving family gathering. The view over the lake is great and we had an amazing sunrise on our last morning! The fireplace is a nice touch on a cold day. Would absolutely book the house again.

Kris was a great host, making sure we had all the information we needed at all times. We came for a reading retreat and the house was perfect. Great kitchen, great view, great layout. A perfect girls' trip!

The property was lovely.
I felt like we needed a lot more information, from where all the remotes (for the awning, ceiling fan, etc) were, as well as what was allowed. There was a ton of stuff in the garage, but we didn't know we could use it until I asked. Seems like other rentals I've been to just had a laminated list with all that information.
Lastly, my granddaughter was stung by a bee and the host told me there was some spray if I found a nest/hive. I told her I could not find one. Also, that is NOT a renters responsibility. She did send someone out after I messaged her back, but that should have been the first response.
