Brand-new, single-story, accessible apartment in a single-family home for exclusive use!

The vacation rental was completely renovated and refurnished in the summer of 2023. A large, fenced-in garden with a spacious covered terrace and a magnificent view of the greenery invites you to linger.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, and an entryway. The L-shaped living room, with an open kitchen flowing into the dining and living areas, features a modern design and a wonderful soapstone fireplace that adds the perfect touch during the winter months.

The bedroom faces the garden. All windows are equipped with roller shutters.

The third room has been converted into a wellness area. The infrared cabin is an oasis of relaxation for two people, who’ll find plenty of space here. If you haven’t gotten enough exercise during the day in the beautiful Eifel region, you can work your legs and arms a little more on an exercise bike.

In this apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a happy and wonderful vacation.

During the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period, bookings are only available for a minimum stay of 7 days.

Please understand that this apartment is not suitable for children. Due to the open-concept living area with a fireplace and the wellness area—which is also open and accessible without a door—there is an inherent risk that children could accidentally injure themselves. In the same town, we have an equally charming ground-floor apartment where children are welcome.
Additional note: Dogs under 1 year of age are not permitted in the vacation home.
