Spend a break in one of the most beautiful historical places in the Eifel, Reifferscheid.
From May 2018, one of the most beautiful houses from 1730 will be available there as a holiday home.
If you are looking for something special, no off-the-shelf house, then you've come to the right place!

We offer you a special arrangement: a bird of prey flies in the engagement ring for you. We provide you with champagne and a romantic candlelit dinner.
The historic complex has a main house with two large apartments.
Experience the flair and history.
The beautiful, large duplex apartment is on two levels.
When you enter the house, the entrance to the apartment on the left leads to a gallery.
A cozy area for relaxing and reading was made there. - But you can also just look out of the old lattice windows into the enchanted garden opposite, or watch the flames of the ethanol fire and simply switch off.
On this living level you come into a hallway, from the left hand the spacious daylight bathroom with tub and shower goes off.
An infrared cabin is available for you to relax on this floor.
Maybe you can enjoy it after a long hike and have a good glass of red wine.
You finally reach the maisonette via a creaking old staircase.
The top floor is kept completely open, with old beams.
From here you have an enchanted view of the historic houses and gardens opposite. The living room was furnished with high quality, modern furniture.
A comfortable leapfrog sofa with a sleep function has been integrated as an additional sleeping option.
The apartment has a bedroom, double bed, 160 cm x 200 cm.
If you need more sleeping options, please contact us. If the other units in the property are free, we can offer you an arrangement at a preferential price.
A beautiful open kitchen with bistro corner completes the apartment.
A few steps take you to the cozy balcony.
From there you have a sensational view over the valley and the forest opposite.
You can hear the rustling of the Reifferscheider stream and enjoy the fresh, pure Eiffel air.
Cost of the stay: not included in the rental price offer
The following costs are variably recognized when handing over:
When booking a laundry package per person 10.00 (large / small towel, dish towel, bed linen)
The infrared cabin is available free of charge.
WiFi free of charge.

I was looking for a calm place to disconnect from the daily rush and this was very much an ideal place. ( the house is big and foresees in 2 apartments which was not very clear indicated in the announcement for me. i can not judge the eventual mutual interference, as i was the only occupant during my stay. The garden is shared - or only accessible for the lower flow apartment. ).
I do consider to rent the place again in the future.

Wunderschöne Örtlichkeit, sowohl was das Haus angeht als auch die nächste Umgebung: 2 Minuten fußläufig bis zur Burgruine, uralte, schön restaurierte Häuser, schmale Gassen mit Kopfsteinpflaster - Romantik pur und derzeit zumindest ohne touristisches Gewatz!
Als wir wegen eines defekten Schlosses die Wohnung nicht mehr verlassen könnten, war glücklicherweise die Vermieterin sofort erreichbar und bereits eine halbe Stunde später stand unser Befreier vor der Tür!
Gerne kommen wie wieder.

We had a great short stay. Communication was perfect and the apartment was splendid. Everything you need is availible. If you are looking for a unique apartment in a quiet area, you're looking for this one!
