About this apartment rental

Modern 80sqm apartment 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, living room), kitchen, hallway, spacious bathroom, washing machine, parking and WiFi in a sunny location in Hellenthal / Eifel.

The apartment is located with a separate entrance in the basement of a detached house in a very quiet location with a view of the valley and the mountain ranges. A modern equipped children's playground is 100m away. In the center of Hellenthal there are various grocery stores, doctors, pharmacy, post office, butcher, bakeries and snack restaurants in about 1 km away.

The garden can be used for relaxing, sunbathing and barbecuing. Garden furniture and a grill are ready.

High chair and travel cot included Mattress can be provided free of charge if required.

You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you. The quiet environment and location of the apartment is ideal for going for a walk.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine ist doch sehr laut, so dass man sie lieber nicht anstellt wenn man sich in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer aufhält. Sonst alles in Ordnung. Wir hatten leider mit dem Wetter Pech. Für einen kleinen Ausflug zur Greifvogelstation hat es aber ausgereicht. Ansonsten ist der Nationalpark in der Nähe. Lohnenswert ist auch ein Ausflug nach Monschau.

Wir waren nun zum 2. mal bei der Familie Bertram zu Gast. Wie im letzten Jahr war die Kommunikation und die Fe-Wo sehr zufrieden stellend. Die Lage und Aussicht vom Küchenfenster beim Frühstück macht Freude. Unsere Kinder freuten sich, gleich neben an einen gepflegten großen Spielplatz vorzufinden. Ist die Unterkunft gut, macht auch der Urlaub Spaß. Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Besuch! Fam. Illmann

Meine Frau und ich wollten den Jahreswechsel für unsere Hündin ruhig und entspannt gestalten. Dies hat uns die Ferienwohnung Bertram in der wunderschönen Nord-Eifel ermöglicht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Hohenberg in Hellenthal. In wenigen Metern vom Haus entfernt beginnt der ein großes Waldgebiet rund um die Oleftalsperre. Wir konnten ausgiebige Wanderungen mit dem Hund in der malerischen Natur der Eifel unternehmen. In der Ferienwohnung selbst fehlte es uns an nichts. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten. Die Gastgeber Herr Bertram und Frau Kitz sind sehr sympathisch und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben: hell, gemütlich, aufgeräumt und gut eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Hinzu kommt der extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Austausch mit den Vermietern. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung ist somit eine echte Empfehlung wert!
