Wake up to luxury in this newly remodeled oceanfront stunner, completed in August 2023.
Light, airy and modern, this home features white Oak floors throughout, warm wood ceilings and elegant tile in the bathrooms.
Spend your evenings preparing meals in the entertainer's kitchen, featuring a Fisher & Paykel cooktop range and built-in refrigerator, as you gaze onto the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. You'll find everything you need in this well-stocked kitchen to make memorable meals with family and friends at the beach. The dining table offers ocean views too!
The open living room and lofted space above provide sweeping views of Manzanita Beach where you can watch the soothing waves or the many kite surfers just beyond the shoreline.
The home includes two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a California king-sized bed, both dressed in crisp white linens. The upstairs master features an en suite bath and balcony for enjoying coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while relishing in the cool ocean breeze.
There is an additional sleeping space in the lofted area just up the short flight of stairs from the living room. This room is open to the other spaces in the home and functions as an additional lounge area during the day with a couch and television. There is a bathroom adjacent and the ability to create two Twin XL beds from the sofa that is in this room (see photos).
The upstairs en suite bathroom features completely tiled walls with a walk-in shower, while the lower level bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Both bathrooms also have heated tile floors. And did we mention the fluffy towels? You will certainly feel pampered during your stay.
The large front deck filled with Adirondack chairs is a wonderful place to enjoy a beautiful Manzanita sunset or relax after a long day at the beach.
The rear patio has an outdoor table, benches and a Weber grill. A 6-person Bullfrog hot tub sits elevated in the rear corner of the property for a spa experience with ocean views!
Before you enter the home after a long day at the beach, make sure to stop at the outdoor shower and foot spray located on the side of the home.
The basement of the home features a Speed Queen washer and two dryers along with a ping pong table for competitive matches between young and old!
Just in front of you is beautiful Manzanita beach, where bonfires are still permitted, unless restrictions are in place at the time of your travel. Spending an evening making hot dogs and s'mores over the fire by the ocean is an experience one won't soon forget.
The charming town of Manzanita and its quaint downtown are just a few minutes away on foot. Stroll down Laneda Avenue and visit any of the restaurants serving delicious cuisine from gourmet breakfast & lunch specialties to a lively pub, high-end dining, and Mexican fare. Stop in at the Visitor’s Center to learn about all the activities taking place in and around town during your stay or visit any of the several artisan and boutique shops.
The towns of Nehalem and Wheeler are also nearby, offering additional dining options, delightful shops and river and boating access.
Explore Oswald West State Park or Nehalem Bay State Park which offer year-round family activities including but not limited to biking, hiking and fishing.

Loved the clean, freshly remodeled interior and the stunning ocean views. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with towels etc… Renea was an extraordinary host, responsive and helpful. Between the location, views and comfort it was very well worth the price and we would gladly stay again.

Perfect location right on the beach and easily walkable to shops/restaurants. This rental was very clean and incredibly well-stocked. I was blown away by the high quality kitchen appliances and cookware and all the thoughtful touches like food storage containers, beach items, and binoculars. We loved the heated floors in the bathroom, the hot tub, and the gorgeous views from everywhere in the house. Our kids loved the ping pong table and easy beach access. Such a great find and a great family rental!
