Good beach access; quiet road. Nice 'upside down' design with kitchen, living room, dining room with water and sunset view all on second floor.But not so great: the king size beds are too big for the wall clearances they have making access and egress difficult (especially for older folks). It's obvious the house cleaners also have problems fitting mattress pads and sheets as it's almost impossible to get them over the head end corners of the mattresses. This causes bunching up during the night. Rethinking placement of the king beds with a solution that corrects the above would make the home about perfect (maybe move kings to the upstairs bedrooms?).

The property was exactly as described in terms of location, layout, and amenities. It was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for all nine of us, ages 13 to 75. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was spotless, and the covered deck quickly became one of our favorite places to hang out. Communication with the property manager was easy, and we always felt taken care of.I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family. The only thing I’d suggest is updating the bunkbed mattresses. Our teenage girls tried sleeping in the bunk room the first night but ended up choosing the couch for the rest of the trip. Everything else about the bedrooms was very comfortable, and we appreciated the ample towels, great laundry room, and plenty of parking.The location is truly magical. It’s such a beautiful, simple walk to the beach, and even during a winter storm we still enjoyed a lovely view of the ocean between the houses over the dunes. We also enjoyed so many of our favorite places in town. Big Apple Market is our go-to for groceries. We visited Moxies, Bahama Mama’s Surf Shop, and The Winery at Manzanita. Big Wave Café was great, and Manzanita News and Espresso had delicious drinks. The cortado and the eggnog latte were both fantastic. We also found some great Black Friday and Small Business Saturday deals while we were there.Overall, this rental made our trip relaxing, fun, and so easy. We’ve already reserved future dates and can’t wait to come back.

This house was okay. It was close to the beach which was nice, but there's a walking path that people use and so they let their dogs go to the bathroom and you're going to have to clean it up. If you don't want to get charged. There was ants in the kitchen and bedrooms and also a bowl of trash left by the door when you walked in with hot dogs and leftover food from the previous tenant. None of the windows have screens and it does not have AC so it gets warm. But overall a nice spot if you don't mind people walking by your cars and the whole dog thing had a good amount of rooms and it's only the bunk bed room that was super small. The rest are good size. Overall good size house for the cost. Nothing fancy
