About this house rental
This stylish barn conversion offers a small family or couples the perfect base in which to explore many local attractions or to simply relax with unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside.
Located in the heart of the Bedfordshire countryside, guests staying at this property will find a host of things to see and do in the local area. The nearby market town of Bedford is renowned as having one of the finest riverside settings in the country which makes for a pleasant day out and a little further afield you can visit the stunning university city of Cambridge with its array of shops, restaurants and why not explore the beautiful city via a punt. The city of London can be reached via a train journey from St Neots in under forty minutes and Keen walkers can make the most of the many footpaths close to the property.
Guests enter this newly converted barn and arrive into the open-plan kitchen/diner leading through to the lounge offers not only a view out the patio doors across the fields, but comfortable surroundings with the two large sofas complete with feature fire and Smart TV so you can stream your favourite shows or catch up with the news. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal with its electric double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests should you wish to dine in and There is a family bathroom off from the lounge which feature a bath, separate shower and WC. The two bedrooms are both king-size with TVs and both have their very own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
Outside there is a decking area to the rear of the property with uninterrupted views out over the paddock so you can enjoy the unspoilt views over the countryside and watch the sun go down. To the front there is a large private garden with decking and a Spa to relax in for total chill out, there is also a grass area and small spinney, so plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is a built in Barbecue
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
