Hilfe der Vermieterin Schön ist die Lage der Wohnung Die Ohrensessel sind sehr bequem , Im Essbereich kann man bei Sonne ohne geschlossenen Gardinen nicht sitzen zu heiß .
Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern attraktiver aus , als in Realität. Keine Parkmöglichkeit , in der Seiten Straße für viel Geld . Parkhaus East Side nutzen . Der Hausflur war ohne Licht und sehr dreckig und es stinkt fürchterlich. Im Hochbett kann man nicht schlafen es ist bei jeder Bewegung zu hören . Die Matratzen haben starkes Peeling was durch die Bettlaken zu spüren und sehen ist. Ein Fernseher oder Radio fehlt
