Quiet location, pleasant terrace (albeit adjacent to a neighbouring terrace/ flat which was fortunately vacant during our stay).
Dominic, the host, is pleasant and friendly.
This is a cave - despite constant ventilation, the place is (and smells) damp. The walls and ceilings are not sealed, meaning insects and dust throughout (including bed sheets on the upper beds). Some maintenance required (e.g, loose shower head holder, poor quality mattresses). Kitchen has bear minimum (eg, 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 cups, etc.) meaning constant washing.
Overall positioned as a luxury let, it falls behind standards and offers poor value for money in our view. We wish we had stayed elsewhere.
