The place with a lot of space and a marvelous view of the Bay. AC giving heat on cold days, house amenities that facilited making meals at home. Good contact with the manager of the place. Bus stop right opposite. A fully stocked convenience store nearby. Easy access to the apartment.
During our stay the elevator was out of order, so we had to walk the stairs to the top floor every day, even with the luggage, which was fine for us but quite a challenge for a 75 yrs old lady who was staying with us. When it rains heavily (in stormy weather as we had) the windows in the corridor as well as in one of the bedrooms keep leaking so we had to mop the floor very often as well as put towels on the sill to absorb the water.
