conveniently located - quiet, yet in the heart of the city with no need for transportation

Extremly conveniently located and very clear easy to follow instructions (and images) to gain access. Clean, comfortable and as I was using it as a base for work, the wi-fi was excellent.

as I was using it as a base to work from as well as see the city, it could do with a small desk and a chair as the high stool was not convenient for hours on a computer. But if you're not using it for this reason, this isn't an issue!

Nice Nantes bolthole.

Location was very good. Bakery near the entrance, breakfast sorted. Tram stops nearby. Within walking distance of most attractions and shopping markets. Beds were comfy, coffee machine worked. A nice self contained flat. Owners gave excellent instructions, photos actually of how to enter the property. Wish more would adopt this approach. Would use again, or recommend to others.

Nothing, no complaints or negative comments. Bathroom door could have done with a handle perhaps....

Une prestation de très bonne qualité, la communication était également parfaite, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir dans ce logement

Juste vraiment quelques petits détails comme par exemple une ampoule à remplacer dans la salle de bain, pas de liquide de douche à disposition

L'immeuble est situé en plein centre-ville, mais il est légèrement détérioré.

Pas sécurisant !!

Le fait que la gérante me rembourse car je ne me voyais pas retourner dans le logement un deuxième soir.

L'accès au Logement n'est pas tres sur, dealer devant l'entrée du logement, juste à cote de l'acces tram commerce qui est mal famé, espace commun pour accéder au logement pas propre du tout, (odeur d'urine + poubelle qui traine..)

Super schöne ruhige Wohnung

Sehr zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, super Kontakt zum Gastgeber, gute und wichtige Instructions für den Check-In, sehr gut ausgestattet mit kleiner Küche und kleinem Sofa, Heizung, Kaffeemaschine usw.

Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral, aber für allein reisende Frauen nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, da die Station vor der Tür wie ein Hauptbahnhof ist und etwas gruselig sein kann. Der Eingang der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls sehr gruselig.

Appartement propre et bien équipé en plein centre ville de Nantes mais coté cour donc calme la nuit.. Très pratique pour se déplacer, l'arrêt du tram est devant l'immeuble. On trouve un parking publique à 400m, j'y reviendrais avec plaisir !

La ubicación es inmejorable.

Muy sucio todo. La entrada es un túnel oscuro que da pánico,, con cucarachas y un olor a humedad tremendo. El apartamento en sí no está mal, pero necesita una buena mano de pintura y limpieza. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor con escalera de caracol con peldaños muy pequeños. El chico es muy majo y te atiende enseguida. Sí limpiará a fondo y lo pintara un poquito, estaría muy bien.

Le logement en soi est bien même s’il faisait un froid de canard en arrivant

Les jolies photos de l intérieur font l’impasse sur les abords calamiteux ! Dealers de shit à la porte d entrée et couloirs pourris et glauques pour arriver au logement ! Vraiment pas contente de m y aventurer seule le soir
