Chantal and Chantilly
Chantal is a most wonderful landlady. She goes out of her way to be accommodating. As a solo lady traveller she often drove me to where I needed to be. She drove me to see a lovely church in the country. We also went on a walk through the forest. She is very knowledgeable about the area. Chantilly is close to Bignon tram #3 stop. A most enjoyable stay. I hope to return someday

Desperately needed heat and Wifi
There was a warm fireplace near the breakfast table. Chantal is very nice and friendly. She had great coffee and good jams. The parking was easy and free. There is a nice hot shower and warm duvet. The mattress was firm. The garden looked nice but we did not go out there because it was winter.
There was no heating until about 8pm. There are no shoes allowed inside (so bring slippers! The WiFi kept dropping. There is TV/music on all the time. The entrance through the garage and the tight stairs are tricky with any sort of luggage. You will need a car to get into Nantes. The towels provided were scratchy.
