Dissapointing stay, awesome city
Grenoble as a city is awesome, and the tramstop was close by.
Bed was very somfortable.
No toilet paper present (annoying if you arrive after the shops have closed).
Not enough hot water to shower for two people back to back.
No functioning internet.
Soap holder fell out of the wall (no wonder, installed with toiletpaper??)
Water leak in the entryway of the appartmentbuilding.
Cabinet was falling apart.
Havent bothered to let the management fix it, so can't speak to their service. Internet was solved by sharing a hotspot, showers were spread out, toilet paper was bought. But it was just annoying...

Reasonable apartment in good location but marred by lack of wi fi and poor communication with hosts.
Good location for train station. Very quiet location. Small but comfortable and clean apartment. Supermarket and good bakery very close.
Poor kitchen equipment. Unable to access the wi fi due to the incorrect password being given to us. Very poor communication with our hosts about this - texts were not replied to. Replies to emails were initially responded to with what seemed to be an automatic response giving irrelevant information - it seemed that no living person had read our emails. When eventually we received a response it was suggested that we had mixed up the capitalisation of the i's and l's in the password (I had sent them the password we had been given in the information about the apartment) - we tried all permutations but nothing worked. It seemed that our hosts did not know the password since if they had known they would surely have given it to us in an email. So, no wi fi throughout our 12 day stay.

J'ai eu du mal de trouver les clés sur le grillage dans la haie. J'ai eu du mal de trouver la bonne porte de l'appartement. Cela nécessiterait un numéro sur la porte ou un quelconque signe distinctif. A part ça c'était top !

Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig gelegen, Shampoo war vorhanden, Restaurants in der Nähe waren ganz Sweet.
500€ Deposit wurde entgegen der Angaben vom Konto abgezogen (aber innerhalb von 2 Tagen wieder zurückerstattet), Die Kommunikation bei der Anreise (es fehlte die Information, wo der Schlüssel versteckt ist sowie der Haustürscode wurde nicht übermittelt. Diese Informationen haben wir nur durch die Nachbarin durch Zufall erhalten), Fernbedienung für den Sichtschutz am Fenster (Rollo) war leer, weshalb diese für die 2 Nächte unseres Aufenthaltes zu waren. Dadurch war es sehr dunkel im Zimmer.

Logement propre et bien équipé. Calme la nuit qui permet de se reposer. Wifi disponible appréciable. Cafetière Senseo avec dosette au top. Lit fait à l'arrivée. Communication nickel. Proche de la Gare et du tram. Je reviendrai dans le logement si je dois revenir sur Grenoble
Petit souci pour la réception des clés mais qui a été vite résolu suite à la réactivité de l'hôte. Manque un peu de matériel de cuisine (poêle, casserole, saladier)

À conseiller il est à quelques minutes de la gare et entouré des arrêts trams mon séjour etait impeccable juste un petit soucis au niveau du wifi j’ai pas pu utiliser la télévision

Correct mais décevant, dommage.
L'appartement est agréable mais il y a des améliorations à prévoir. La literie est confortable et le canapé agréable ce qui rattrape les petits défauts mais un peu déçu dans l'ensemble.
Impossible de se connecter au WIFI. Plusieurs chaines TV indisponibles. Bouilloire introuvable !!. Prise à côté du lit inexistante. Il y a une prise derrière le lit qui en plus est à moitié arrachée donc dangereux !!

Je déconseille vivement ce logement pour les raisons suivantes :
- Localisation dangereuse :
Le logement est situé dans le quartier Saint-Bruno, connu pour son insécurité. Pendant mon séjour, le mercredi 13 novembre, des tirs entre narcotrafiquants ont eu lieu, rendant l'environnement particulièrement stressant et dangereux.
- Propriétaire injoignable et problèmes de caution : Le propriétaire ne répond pas au téléphone en cas de problème. Dans mon cas, il a prélevé la caution à plusieurs reprises de manière injustifiée.
- Conditions déplorables dans l’immeuble : Le hall dégage une odeur nauséabonde, rendant l'arrivée très désagréable.
- Problèmes techniques non résolus :
Le code Wi-Fi communiqué dans le manuel ne fonctionne pas. Malgré mes tentatives répétées, l’hôte est resté injoignable pendant 8 jours. Quand j’ai finalement réussi à le joindre, il n’a pas résolu le problème.
Une seule chaîne de télévision fonctionne, les autres ne sont pas accessibles.
- Manque d’intimité et propreté insuffisante :
Impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux, car les passants dans la rue ont une vue directe sur l’intérieur.
Le sol était collant et sale dès mon arrivée.
L’aspirateur, placé près de la salle à manger, n’avait pas été vidé et dégageait une odeur désagréable.
- Problème lors du départ :
Le jour de mon départ, j’ai reçu un message sur Booking confirmant que je pouvais quitter le logement avant 12h30. Cependant, dès 10h30, l’hôte a commencé à me harceler par téléphone, exigeant que je quitte les lieux immédiatement sous prétexte que je n’avais pas pris l’option de départ tardif. Cela a rendu la fin du séjour encore plus désagréable.

Studio au calme et silencieux
Studio bien équipé. Tout y est. WiFi, tv, kitchenette, sdb douche WC. Très propre. Lit très confortable, matelas à mémoire de forme. Accès facile depuis la gare. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Système de ça hé pour la clef. Un peu de mal à l'ouvrir. Rien de grave.
