Beautiful spacious room with view over the garden and access to the front sitting room giving a glorious view over the Bay. Very friendly and helpful arrival. It couldn't be better.

Very good quality rooms at affordable price.
Large, comfortable bed; good size bathroom; small annexe for kettle, clothes and a mini fridge.
Spotlessly clean
Jonathan was a superb host - gave me early access; very friendly; and provided the bonus of a beer when I returned in the evening.
Access to lounge and kitchen.
Eden Bay Bistro, run by lovely young couple, provided very tasty breakfast - only 5 mins walk.

Beautifully clean and comfortable room. Lovely and quiet at the back of the property. Good parking at the front just off the main road. Very warm and welcoming hosts. Great location for walking, bus trips and amazing views. Really appreciated the access to the lounge and kitchen.
