The location is very good, there are too many cafes and bakeries near the house, also landmarks and parks. You can visit most of touristic places by walking. No heating system but still it can reach comfortable temperatures. Iron and hair dryer are existing.

Car park area is a bit tight, if you have a big car such as Tesla, you need to find a empty place in the street. Property heats itself with ACs, that’s why you need to inform to switch on the ACs in advance. Last day of my stay, the heater of water was broken down. However, they came immediately to repair it and believed that it solved.

Location

The parking is very stressful. You have to go down -2 floor through a very narrow car elevator . The day of the check out we were stuck inside the garage in -2 floor because the lift door didn’t work. It was a nightmare for me since I am claustrophobic. The owner needed more than 1 hour to come. And didn’t answer the phone right away. We lost a lot of time . At the end we sot a way out ourselves. And the owner was very rude. He said he wasn’t his responsibility to take care of the garage. We chose this apartment for 87 eur exactly for the location and parking near the center. Otherwise we could have taken a hotel even cheaper. Certainly not worth for the money.
