Top Floor Apartment+Balcony in sololaki / Room 25

Апартаменты расположены в старом интересном здании на втором этаже. Здание старое, но отремонтированы апартаменты с умом и вкусом. Все необходимое там есть, очень уютно и удобно. Район замечательно подходит для знакомства с городом. Отдельно отмечаю очень дружелюбного и заботливого хозяина. Giorgi, удачи вам в делах и счастья в жизни!

Впервые были в Грузии. Район, где жили, очень аутентичный и атмосферный, апартаменты чистые, стильные и удобные. Заселение легкое, а хозяин разрешил заселиться раньше, сразу после прилёта, он всегда был на связи, помогал в разных ситуациях, давал дельные советы. Очень рекомендую. Неделя пребывания в Тбилиси оставила самые благоприятные, трогательные, незабываемые впечатления. Хочется побывать ещё и ещё!

Это не про улучшить, а про возможность - так как мы были не в горячий сезон и не все номера были заселены, было тихо, но я не поручусь за тишину, когда загрузка будет полной. Но думаю, что слышимость - это общее место для многих апартаментов.

Alles was super schoon en erg mooi ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De host was zeer vriendelijk en erg betrokken! Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Alles was perfect in orde, dus geen negatieve dingen!

Easy 10/10 Some properties don’t look anything like the pictures, somehow this place looked better than the pics. It’s nice. I slept comfortably and generally enjoyed hanging out here. The location is great, it’s within walking distance to all the attractions but outside the major tourist areas so it feels like real Tbilisi. Gio is a fabulous host. He was friendly and charming. He was nice enough to contact me regularly through WhatsApp to make sure I was having a good time during my stay. I had a change of plans (the road to my next destination was closed due to weather) and he even checked up on me after I checked out. It was good to feel like I had someone looking out for me in Georgia.

The entryway was a little run down. My first thought was “oh no, what have I gotten myself into”. But don’t worry, as soon as you walk into the apartment everything is fine. There is quite a bit of traffic on the street during the day. It goes away at night so you can rest well. These are small things compared to what a great place it is. I’d stay here again for sure.
