YNG-Luxor Resort Phu Quoc

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist das einzige Manko, denn man hat kein Bereich zu einem Strand und der Strand, den man erreichen kann ist leider total zugemüllt. Ansonsten kann man von hier aus tolle Ausflüge starten in den Süden der Insel und da gibt es eine Menge zu sehen und zu entdecken.

Everything and especially Joseph the manager! The owner and the manager were like friends. They cared and took great care of all the guests❤️ We love this place. Also loved the pool which is pool was about 10 or 12 meters long. Quiet and peaceful.

Everything was terrific

Resort was nice and clean. Villa were well placed with nice place to sit outside. Breakfast was decent. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful

We booked three rooms one of the bathroom had a foul smell which remained during our stay. Also bathroom was very simple and extremely slippery when wet. Walking path leading to pool and leading to dinning hall passes over small water channels but it did not had any railing. I had older parents with me and I had to accompany them each time they are moving around as I was afraid they might fall in water channel if they loose balance. A protective railing will be very good.

スタッフの愛嬌、対応がよかった。 部屋が（ムダに）広かった。 タブタブが大きかった。 ビールとフルーツが無料提供された。 虫の鳴き声が心地よかった（静か）。 空港送迎を無料で提供してくれた。

部屋が少しかび臭いような気がした。 冷蔵庫自体は「冷える」冷蔵庫だったが、チェックイン時に冷えておらず、冷えるまでに一晩かかった。 部屋を不在にすると電源がすべて落ちる（不在間に携帯電話等の充電ができない。）。 朝食のレベルは低いので、朝食に期待しないほうがよい。 シャワーの湯が途中ででなくなった。シャワーの真上に小さな給湯器があり、その許容を超えたらしい。
