Peaceful Paradise

A beautiful setting right by the sea, with immaculately maintained gardens and pool area. We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment with breakfast included, and it exceeded expectations. The apartment was very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean, with a huge balcony offering outdoor dining, seating, and sun-beds. Breakfast was excellent and served in our apartment, and the staff looked after us exceptionally well throughout our stay. Both bathrooms had walk-in showers, which were excellent—possibly power showers! The linen and beds were immaculately clean and very comfortable, with plenty of towels provided. There is a lift installed at the property if required, and parking is available. Hiring a car is advisable. Paradisun is a hidden gem in a stunning, peaceful setting, yet only a short walk from a small selection of lovely cafés and bars. Villajoyosa, with its abundance of fabulous bars, restaurants, and cafés, is walkable but also just a 5–10 minute taxi or car journey away. A supermarket is also only a short walk from the apartment. We would certainly return & recommended Paradisun.

There was no welcome pack in the apartment on arrival. We were advised that contact could be made via WhatsApp, however when we tried to do so we did not receive a response. There was also no kettle in the apartment initially, although after asking the staff serving breakfast, one was provided promptly. There was no iron in the apartment, despite an ironing board being available. The safe required batteries in order to set a personal combination; when we asked about this, we were given a key instead, although we would have preferred to use a combination safe. That said, these were minor issues, and overall it is a great apartment in a beautiful setting, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

A fabulous property in an amazing location!

The location of the property is absolutely stunning! Our apartment had a huge balcony right over the gardens, overlooking the beach and the sea. Sitting out watching the sunrise and sunset was an added bonus. The apartment itself was very spacious in the main living areas, and spotlessly clean. We stayed as three couples and the only downside was that the third bedroom was very small. However the other two rooms were fabulous! Whilst we didn’t really use the outside area, the gardens and pool area also looked amazing and very well cared for.

In the third bedroom, the bed is right up to the wall on one side, with very little room to walk around it. I would say the apartment is ideal for 4/5 people, but a little small for any more. However, we were only there for one night, so it was fine for us. The owner had very kindly set out a tray in the kitchen with coffee pods etc, but there was no coffee machine to be found!

Very relaxing, beautiful place to rest, we totally recommend it. If you need to listen beautiful sound of water and watch great views you should come here. The apartment also great, it has almost everything you need (coffee machine, kitchen stuff)

The apartment was exceptionally tidy and clean. The location was lovely. The couple looking after the apartment were lovely, kind, helpful, and really accommodating. It was a wonderful holiday.

Not good value for the money

The kitchen was extremely small with no surface to prepare food, no oven, very few utensils and few glassware. There were no starter items, no liquid dish soap, no dish towels to dry dishes, no kitchen roll, food wrap, etc. Not even a few welcome items in the refrigerator - no water, no milk, no ice, nothing.

In addition to the kitchen being unusable, the shower door did not extend far enough, so the floor was always flooded. There were no toiletries - no soap, no body wash, nothing.

Wonderful stay. Would definitely come back again!

Location is perfect. There is a Mercadona (Supermarket) about 5-10 min walk away. The apartment itself is modern, clean and well-kept, spacious, and equipped with everything you would need in terms of appliances. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. They have air conditioning and fans in every room. There are smart TVs in every room with the ability to connect Netflix, Spotify etc to the TVs. There is plenty of parking in the area so this isn't a problem. There are a few restaurants in the area, too. There is a fantastic beach about 5-10 mins drive away with lots of restaurants as well, so the location is perfect. Alicante City Centre is a 30 mins drive from here as well. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home.

The pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures, and if the place is busy then it can get a bit cramped, but it was generally very quiet when we were there. The pool is also very warm, which isn't preferable when it's so hot! That's my personal preference, however - some people may like that. We never had breakfast so can't comment on that.

All in all, a perfect adult retreat, quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings with sea views.

We loved that it was completely private, a tranquil hidden gem in a locked community. The staff were so helpful and lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of comfortable lounging areas and also, out door dining arrangements with sea views. A perfect escape.

I would have preferred a slightly bigger room but this would not stop me from returning. I also think it would be a great addition if there was a jetty to access the sea just outside the gate.

Wir hatten Zivilschutzwarnung bekommen und es hat so stark geregnet, auch sichtbar im Badezimmer und Wohnbereich! Aber leider keiner erreichbar, sodass wir mit einer Nachricht frühzeitig abgereist sind! Nächsten Tag meldeten sie noch mehr Regen und Straßensperren wurden angesagt! Bis heute hat sich niemand vom Hotel gemeldet!!! Sorry, ich werde mich bei Booking.com nach unserer Rückkehr diesbezüglich melden, wegen einer Rückvergütung der zweiten Nacht! Todo un lujo para los sentidos

Se respira relax desde que se entra por la puerta. Las vistas son espectaculares desde la piscina y el mobiliario de jardín es muy cómodo. Merece la pena llevar escarpines para poder meterse en el mar desde la cala privada. El apartamento tiene de todo y es muy cómodo y bien aislado acústicamente, se duerme fenomenal.

Tuvimos la mala suerte de coincidir con un grupo que hablaba muy alto y se tiraba en bomba a la piscina vaciándola continuamente, con lo cual perdía el encanto de ser infinity. La zona no es adecuada para pasear más allá de ir a comprar al súper, hay que coger el coche para todo.

Los exteriores y la piscina insuperable. La atencion de las dos personas que trabajan alli muy buena. La cama y almohada muy comodas. Habitacion con todo lo necesario. Nos cambiaron las toallas cada vez que lo silicitamos sin problema.Secador vueno y con potencia.

Desayuno no incluido y aunque bueno me parecio caro. Pone parking gratis pero en realidad es una calle estrecha que esta enfrente. Si esta lleno tienes que buscarte la vida. No hacen la habitacion a menos que te quedes una semana. Para lo que se paga me parece mal cuando hoy en dia hasta en peores hoteles este servicio esta incluido. Amenities muy justas, un jabon en la pared del baño que no sabes si es para cuerpo, cara o ambos y jabon d manos. Nada mas. Mismo comentario que antes… para el nivel del resto me parece un poco cutre. Esta a unos 20-25 minutos del centro andando.

El lugar es perfecto, el descanso y La Paz asegurados. El personal es excelente con un trato cercano y maravilloso. No puedo poner ningún punto a mejorar de la estancia, la decoracion es neutra, un lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse.

Para mi gusto y mi rutina le falta un gimnasio, aunque hay uno cerca para los amantes del deporte! Pero seria perfecto que estuviese en el propio hotel.

Een paradijs onder de zon, Paradisun in Villajoyosa

Bij aankomst via de entree van een eenvoudige camping ( waar je trouwens wel een uitstekende menu del dia kunt eten, met uitermate vriendelijke bediening) kan enige twijfel ontstaan of je wel op de juiste plek bent. Maar zodra de beheerders de poort openen, stap je in een compleet andere wereld – een oase van rust en schoonheid. Paradisun is werkelijk een verborgen juweel. Overal vind je prachtige Balibedden, teak houten tafels met comfortabele stoelen en sfeervolle zitjes, allemaal met een adembenemend uitzicht op zee. Wij verbleven in een appartement met drie slaapkamers, stijlvol en met liefde ingericht in beachstijl. Hier geen standaard ikea meubels, maar smaakvolle meubels die bijdragen aan de luxe beachy sfeer. Dit kleinschalige complex biedt ultieme rust, met slechts twee studio’s, twee tweekamerappartementen en drie driekamerappartementen. Wij hadden het geluk een aantal dagen de enige gasten te zijn, waardoor het voelde alsof we een privéresort tot onze beschikking hadden – een ervaring die we niet snel zullen vergeten. De beheerders zetten zich volledig in om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Hun toewijding aan netheid is bewonderenswaardig: elke ochtend worden zelfs de gevallen blaadjes en bloemetjes zorgvuldig opgeveegd. Paradisun biedt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen, luxe en onvergetelijke vakantie. Wij komen zeker terug.

Fantastisch! Kan niet beter!

Het appartement is prachtig en schoon. De locatie is werkelijk geweldig direct aan zee. De tuin is geweldig, alles zo netjes en gezellig. Leuke zitjes. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijtje kun je bij boeken, wordt in de tuin voor je geserveerd, is heerlijk!

Super gelegen, schöner Garten, aber nur die Wohnung, stimmt Preis/ Leistung

Lage, Garten und die 3 Zimmer Wohnung ist sehr schön. Personal sehr nett und es ist ein ruhiger Ort.

Die grossen Wohnungen ( waren zuerst zu fünft) sind schön, aber die Zimmer unten, die wir anschliessend zu zweit gebucht hatten, sind dunkel und viel zu klein. Konnten dann wechseln auf zuoberst im Haus. Aber auch dort ist es eng für irgendwelche Ablagen und Küche nicht zu gebrauchen. Preis Leistung stimmt nur in den grossen Wohnung.
