A wonderful couple of days that I can’t wait to repeat!

This property is truly outstanding. Probably one of the highest spec apartments for the price I have ever stayed in. The customer service was also exceptional - I messaged to ask if it was possible to be sent a corkscrew, and someone was at the door within 5 minutes. Just an absolutely amazing place. There’s also a large supermarket just down the road.

The area is being developed, so it feels a little like an oasis of luxury in a bit of a wasteland - but that will change in time I am sure. It certainly won’t stop me going back. I also found the check in process quite difficult - as did others. Recommend doing this in advance and not when you arrive!

Perfect location and accommodation was excellent

The location was excellent. The apartment was very new and clean. Bathrooms were big and showers very powerful. The beds were very comfortable and clean bedrooms. Everything in the apartment is like new. The balcony was very spacious and overlooks the pool. My grandson and myself thoroughly enjoyed using the pool to cool down. The staff were very helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely book again

The host/crew was lovely, and very easy to communicate with! They spoke good English. The facilities were completely new and modern. Light and modern design, open and big apartments🤩. The aircondition worked good, and there was all the kitchen utensils you would need. Will definitely come back, and would 10/10 recommend! Pool and outdoor areas was also very good!

Fantastisch appartement, nieuw, groot, luxe. Fijne bedden, gigantisch balkon. Parkeren voor de deur. Zee op 5 min lopen, boulevard/centrum 15 min lopen langs de kust .

Nos hemos encontrado tan bien, que hemos ampliado nuestra estancia.

Todo es nuevo, cómodo, minimalista, funcional, buenas vistas, acogedor te hace sentirte como en casa.

Es una pena que el aislamiento de las ventanas no sea adecuado, deja pasar mucho el sonido de los coches que circulan por la calle. Para ser un edificio tan nuevo, en este tema no han puesto una marca que aísla mejor la vivienda.

Estancia inolvidable

Apartamento nuevo con todas las comodidades y decorado con muy buen gusto. Situado en un edificio a las afueras de Villajoyosa con facilidad para aparcar y a 14 minutos al centro. Muy muy cómodo para visitar localidades cercanas como Altea, Benidorm, Calpe. Cerca de todo. Yo lo recomiendo.

El chek-in puede llegar a ser muy difícil para personas mayores.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. We komen zeker terug.

Het grote balkon met de prima balkonmeubelen. Het heerlijke, rustige zwembad met de prima ligstoelen. De supermarkt op 5 minuten loopafstand. Handdoeken en bedlinnen werden om de 3 à 4 dagen vervangen en de vuilnis werd meegenomen. Goede bedden. Goed ingerichte ruime keuken. Afgeloten privéparking. Prima airco en WiFi. Geweldig!!!

Eigenlijk is alles zo ontzettend goed verzorgd. 1 tip: leg nog even een goed vleesmes in de keukenlade.

Relax en el paraíso

Todo era fabuloso y de primera calidad. La terraza era genial. La piscina era una maravilla con sus zona de relax. Los aseos tenían todos los detalles y las camas comodisimas. Todo limpio y con un olor especial. Era como estar en el paraíso. En la terraza tenía una zona de la plantas aromáticas 😍 todo eran detalles. Sin duda me encantaría volver. Una lástima volver al trabajo.

Espectacular

Desde el momento de reservar, hasta el momento de la salida, todo ha sido de 10. Las instalaciones son completamente nuevas, todo a estrenar. Tiene de todo para que puedas estar un fin de semana completamente tranquilo. El personal estuvo atento en todo momento. El checking es con una máquina y puedes acceder en cualquier momento. Todas las dudas que tuve me las resolvieron por whatsapp en todo momento. Pregunté incluso si se podía utilizar la piscina una vez hecho el checkout y no había problema. De verdad, si tienes ocasión de alojarte en Villa Lucentina, no te decepcionará.
